Space Reservation
The first step to reserving a space on campus is to complete the online Campus Event Request form. Both 欧美A片 and non-欧美A片-affiliated individuals and groups may submit a campus event request.
The Conference and Event Services Office reserves the right to accept or decline space requests.
About Conference & Events Services
欧美A片鈥檚 Conference and Event Services Office is a central place that coordinates conferences, events, camps, and summer programs on the main campus of 欧美A片 in Buies Creek, NC.聽 The office collaborates with 欧美A片 departments, groups, and public/private entities not part of 欧美A片 to schedule, plan, and coordinate conferences and events on the main campus.聽 This includes reserving venues, preparing, and implementing any contracts, agreements, and insurance requirements as it pertains to a conference or event.聽 The Office also implements and invoices for any facility rental and/or service charges that are needed for a conference or event.聽 This includes any charges from campus departments that supply any type of support to a conference or event.
