The Mandarin online MA in Psychology program is flexible, and the accelerated program can be completed in as little as 12 months with full-time enrollment. Your diploma and transcripts will not indicate that the degree is completed online. The diploma and transcripts will be identical to HPU students who complete their studies on-campus. You have 7 years from the first term of enrollment to complete your Mandarin online MA in Psychology.

This online program emphasizes foundational knowledge in psychological science, including social, cognitive/affective, developmental, abnormal and biological aspects of human behavior. Students explore these topics as well as research methods, counseling skills with youth and adults, and industrial/organizational applications of psychology. It is suited for professionals looking to develop their general knowledge of psychology and advance in fields such as human services or business.

The program will not require external accreditation, nor is it intended to lead to licensure in any applied psychology or related subdisciplines. By offering a broad, graduate-level psychology foundation, the program will help students advance in human service and business sectors.

The Master of Arts in Psychology (Mandarin Translation) consists of 30 credits with ten 3-credit courses. Students will take two courses per session during HPU's two 8-week fall sessions, two 8-week spring sessions, and one 7-week summer session.
